Monthly March Stats for Milton Single Family Homes
Below is just a snap shot of Milton for single family home sales for the month of March 2021.

Great news there are more listings and inventory vs. yago, however, they are selling quite quickly.
Average number of days on the market at 9 days vs. 17 days yago.
Single car garage homes are driving sales and creating demand for first time home buyers as indicated by the median sales price.
Double car garage homes are in demand and selling at a price point of $1.3 million plus. Those with a backyard oasis aren’t on the market for long.
Number of months of inventory is 1 month which means it is still a sellers market (inventory levels under 3 months are an indication of a seller’s market).
If you’re thinking of buying, DON’T be discouraged when you see these numbers — you just need to understand what does that mean for you:
– ensure you are pre-approved before shopping
– stick with your budget
– sometimes the best homes are the ones that may need updating or doesn’t have finished basements
– a completely finished house means you’re paying for the work in the price
– be open to other geographic areas — you may get more for your money elsewhere
– sometimes there are gems that are not on MLS — ask your agent (me, for example)
